hi i came here in the US 2006 with a k1 visa and married my US citizen fiance bef0re my visa expired and n0w we have a 5 yr 0ld daughter...because of financial reas0ns we weren't able t0 pr0cess 0r t0 adjust my status till n0w...im w0ndering what w0uld be the step i c0uld d0 0r if i can still change my status 0r if i c0uld still pr0cess my papers despite the fact that i still havent adjust my status after 7 years..am i c0nsidered illegal?..any suggesti0ns?
