Okay, what kind of proof would they be looking for? Can I show them pictures of she, and I togeher? Then there is this part I don't quite understand; "Provide original statments from you and your fiancee whom you plan to marry within 90 days of his or her admission, and copies of any evidence you wish to submit to establish your mutual intent". I hope to here a reply soon, thank you.

Some examples of evidence to show you have met within the past 2 years:
1) Photos of you together
2) Photos of you with each other's families
3) Travel itineraries/receipts
4) Ticket stubs from past trips
5) E-mails that discussed the visits
Your letters of intent simply state that you are legally able and willing to marry so-and-so within 90 days of your fiance(e)'s entry into the United States.
Evidence of mutual intent may include more e-mails discussing your engagement and/or wedding plans, as well as a copy of the engagement ring receipt (if available). But evidence of mutual intent is not as critical as evidence of meeting at the petition stage.
