Please Help I130 application recieved

Hello there,

Firstly i would like to thank the readers for their generous time.
Here is my situation, i am a US citizen and have filed i130 application for my spouse in USA. My application has been received and is in Texas location. My question is i am in india now would like to file i129f in Delhi or Bombay. Can i do that? Is this advisable tod speed up the process? Has anyone done this? Please share your valuable thoughts
