Good day to you all...i am new to this,my frustration of getting the answers to my questions has brought me here. I am an English woman my fiance is American and we have been together several years. My fiance filed all the relevant forms and received an acceptance of the 1-797...case type 1129f petition for fiancee. My question is ,am I now able to move to be with him and get married over there and then file the relevant forms in America and have the consulate interview over there?

A K1 visa has to be processed and delivered in the country where the foreign fiance(e) currently resides, but not the U.S. You have to wait until you have the visa to come to the U.S. and marry.

On the other hand, if you had came to the U.S. on a visa waiver or visitor visa, then married, you could have been processed for a Green Card without leaving the U.S., so long as you did not express intent, in any way, to come to the U.S. for marriage and/or to stay.
