I have over $8000 in material assets in the USA (Motor vehicle, Semiprecious stone collection, etc).
I own a Rolex (New it costs about $7000, so that means it is worth about $3000).
I have over $157,000 in stock market investments in the USA.
I have over $15,000 in a savings account in Singapore.
I have over $16,000 in a savings account in the USA.
I draw a salary of $90,000 USD in Singapore. She draws about $24,500 USD in Singapore.
We both work for USA companies in Singapore.
We are siting 319b even though we do not plan to AOS, or to naturalize. We will only leave the USA after we get married. Only the government does not know that we will never return to the USA. I will go back at a later date to sell of my remaining assets.
Being that we are claiming the route of 319b do I have enough to show "support"?
She is a Myanmar citizen, not a Singapore citizen. I am the USC. We are buying a condo in Myanmar. I am retiring early. We are only going to the USA to get married before her sister, and my friends.
