  • Filing Fiancee Petition and K-1 Visa

I have a question in regards to which form(s) to submit with the I-129F Fiancee Petition and K-1 Visa process. For the I-129F Fiancee Petition Application, do I need to submit the I-134, Affidavit of Support form as well with the I-129F or do I file a different Affidavit of support form? Also, do myself and my fiancee have to file with the petition the G-325A form, Biographic Information?

I am just looking for advice on what do I all send with the I-129F Fiancee Petition Application.

    Thank you

The 134 is not required with the initial i129F.

The embassy sent a copy of the 134 later when it is required. The 134 is perhaps the shortest and simplest form, but it caused the most headache for me. I was not sure what to include. We have our interview sometime this month.

Get all your w2, pay stubs, etc together now while you are waiting on the i129F.

Submit the G-325A with the i129F.

G325A: Employment for the last 5 years

I would like to ask for advise in filling the G325A Employment for the last 5 years. If the petitioner is a carpenter , worked in odd jobs ( carpentry works) and was paid in cash within the last five years, what should he put in the employer's name and address field. Can he put in Odd Jobs as source of income based on his Income tax declaration? Is is necessary to enter his clients names? Hope to hear from you soon.

        Print "self-employed carpenter."
