Please will appreciate your input on this matter.My fiancé is a green card holder,and wants to file a fiancée visa for me&his son to join him in the USA!Am currently pregnant again for his second child,and will like to know how long the processing lasts&what is involved!!!

A Green Card holder cannot petition a fiancee. That visa category can only be initiated by a U.S. citizen.

Your fiancee has no petitionable relationship with you unless he marries you, then petitions you as his spouse.

He can petition the child as an immigrant, using form I-130.

This is his third year in the US&he has a 10yrs green card!

If he petitions the child now, and his name shows on the child's birthcert, it will take about 14 months for the child to receive a visa.

Since he is not a U.S. citizen, you are not considered a petitionable relative.

He will be eligible to apply for U.S. citizenship after he has 4 years and 9 months from issuance of his first Green Card.

I already told you in my last response...about 14 months (about 6 months longer than if he was a U.S. citizen).
