B1/b2 and marriage to GC

I got a 10 yr Multiple entry visa to US last year and did go ther for some time

Now i am back and recently got married toa GC holder, I liked the guy very much and dint want to reject just because he a GC and if we file a petition it would take 5 years for me to join

Now though we have some alternate palns can anuone tell that

1 Can i use my b1/ b2 and go and meet him asa non imiggrant and not file a GC petition
2. or if we file a GC pettion for me will they alllow me entry at the port of entry ona b1 as its a non imigrant visa

please suggest me what should i do

Well..if you are planning to go on a B1/B2 visa to meet with your husband..make sure you don't tell the guy at the port of entry that your husband is already there. This can put questions on the mind of guy standing there..and beleive me ..he is not gonna ask those questions and wait for your answer..he will simple do what he will think is right. So, no matter what just dont tell or let them know about your marriage and your intention. Tell them you are there to meet relatives(if you have one).
