Once a K3 visa is used how long does my spouse have to wait to use it.

I was able to file directly for my spouses K3 visa. She will have her interview in 2 months. She will be 6 months pregnant at that time and might care to stay in country to have the baby. Will the K3 visa expire if she does that?

Are you sure it is a K3 visa, rather than a CR-1 or IR-1 visa? Very few K3 visas, if any, are getting through these days.

Anyway, either way, the expiration date, before she has to use he visa, is usually six months from her medical exam.
