Can i file an I-864 for my girlfriend? She is in deportartation prosses. even though I'm still legally married but I have been separated for 3 1/2 yrs!

You can submit an I-864 package, with supporting documents, for anyone who needs sponsorship assistance, if that is what she really needs, and if you are at least 21, are a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder, and have proof of sufficeint income to meet the requirements for your household and your girlfriend.

If, as you say, she is being deported, she probably needs more than someone to sponsor her.
