I864 plz
HI every one
We are applying the K3 , my wife just recieved the I-797.
my wife have 2 kids lives with her 2 days a week they spend the rest of the day with there father ,she didnt claim them on her taxes ,also she dont make the minimum income to sponser me .
but her mother will sponser me ,she make 22000 , and she have properties ,also she make money from renting houses but she claim the kids of my wife's sister
(2 kids).
my question are
how much my wife's mother house hold ?(she live by her self)
my wife's mother can sponser me ?
we have to fill the I864EZ or I864A or I864 ?
