I am trying to file I-129F for my fiancee but my ex-wife granted one year restraining order issued by court without any violation, arrest or police report. I do not have any criminal background. The judge said this just a cooling period for you guys to not to send to many harsh text messages. Would I have to declare it on the I-129F? I do not think this restraining order fall into conviction. Does anyone know anything about this topic?

If you haven't been convicted of a crime, it does not have to be declared on your I-129F.
