Ray how long dose the police back ground take. In the philipines . That what she will go do on the 30th. Then she will pay passport fees at the bank then her medical hopefully be here in Florida 3 week in June

The Philippines police document required for a U.S. visa is the NBI certificate, issued by the National Bureau of Investigation. Local clearances (Barangay, town, etc.) are not acceptable.

The time requried for an NBI to be generated depends on which NBI office she applies. At some locations it can be obtained the same day; at others, or when the name shows some history (multiple hits of people with same name), it could take longer, up to a month.
