We got married in 1998. My wife has her maiden name on the marriage certificate. We got naturalization in 2010 and at that time my wife got her last name changed to married name. Now applying for OCI and her Indian passport and US passport have different last name. We never received certificate of "Endorsement of name change" during naturalization process or at oath ceremony. For OCI purposes can we submit marriage certificate even though she never really changed her last name until 12 years after marriage?? Anyone in same situation?? Please advise. Thanks.
