The packet3 didn't specify that she needs to bring original copy of I-129F approved letter. I scanned and sent her the copy of original document. Does she need to bring the ORIGINAL copy to the interview at the US Embassy? or is it not required?

Please can you help explain me, in how many days you get case number of NVC? When you get your case approved in the USCIS.

A copy, not the original, will suffice just fine. Sometimes a copy of the Approval Notice of Action, and/or the NVC letter, are requested for the medical exam and for the Embassy interview, but it's not a stipulated requirement.
