Hi I (greencard holder) in February submitted I-130 for my husband who is a student in UK..A week ago he moved to a new apartment. ..How do I inform the USCIS about HIS change of address??? Which Form do I have to submit???

If it's just an I-130 then yours is the only address that really matters for now. Let case processing run its course. Other than that, address changes, as you probably know, should generally be sent through https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAForm.do
