im got married 3 month age and from foriegn country but every day are argued he shouting to me to annoy me alot and every day i cried i cant stand with him what should i do?im afraid of him he getting out me from home he dont apply for green card for me

If your husband brought you to the U.S. on a K1 visa, married you, and is now abusing you, you can try to self-petition based on an abusive marriage. Yu must use form I-360.

You must have credible evidence (police and hospital reports) of any abuse. If you lack credible evidence your self-petition application will probably be denied.
