I got my I-129F petition for fiance approved on March 20. The letter states that it's valid from March 20 to July 19, 2014.
My fiance might not make it till July 19, even if she comes USA before July 19, we might not be ready to submit our I-485/131/765 by July 19.
What do we do? Can we extend this? I've email to NVC for some extension.
We need to submit this I-797 document with I-485, so we need this approval notice to be within valid date. Can anyone offer some help?
