My fiance got her police clearance document for local interview few months ago.
We found out that we need the very same document for I-485 application. My question is, since she did her police clearance for the interview, do we need to get the same document again? Or can we bypass this document for I-485 application?
She told me she got a package with her passport from the embassy. The package is sealed and cannot be opened. What is in this package and when is this being used? Does she submit this at the airport? If yes, does she get that package back from the airport security and re-usable when submitting permanent residency later on?
