What is this I-34? and is it coonected to the K1 visa

I have been dating this brazilian man for over 2yr and we decided to get married, I will be filling out the K1 visa, which seems easy enough..but after reading in this forum about showing Tax forms or W2 ..will I have to do this ? is so when? Is there anything I have to know about the K1 visa forms or process ? Thanks

The I-134 Affidavit of Support document comes into play at a later stage in the K1 visa process. If your petition gets approved by the National Visa Center, your fiance's case file will be sent to the US embassy in Brazil. The embassy will then send a packet of forms and instructions to your fiance. The I-134 is one of the required documents that your fiance must bring with him to the interview at the embassy.
