My husband and I have an Interview on monday. We've been known each other and lived together for 4 years, Married since January 2005. Problem is, we don't have enough documents to prove that we live together such as bills. All we have is Bank account, car insurance, but pretty much everything else has been on my husband's name, or on my name. oh, and pictures of us and the family. but Is there a higher chance of getting denied because of lack of supported proof, inspite our marriage is real? and it's kind of frustrating because it's real but I'm really nervous for some reason ( I hate being in the spotlight) and I might mess up because of this unknown fears that I have. The thing is I've been on F1 status ever since I came here and I've only been working for 3 months, so no income... so we didn't really get to set up an account together until I started working. The worse thing is, we hired an immigration lawyer, he set us up w/ everything but he is not going to be there... the guy who's going to be w/ us is not even a lawyer... sigh..
pls. any advise/comments would be appreciated. thanks
