  • K3 Denial Help

    Dear all,
I am a US citizen. My wife just got denied the K3 visa under section 221(g). I've been out of the US to study for about a year or so. They told her that I need to prove domicile in the US and bring back documents at any time and they'll review her case. My question is what do I need to send in order to prove that I have domicile in the US and for how long should I wait to send these documents. I'm going back home soon and here's a list of things I have in mind to send to the Embassy people:

    1. Copy of my ticket and itinerary, and of my US passport showing that I have entered the US.
    2. Letter from my school that I'm a student there.
    3. My car's registration and my new driver's license
    4. Re-notarized form I-134 in the US
    5. I live with my brother, so his rental receipts and a notarized letter from him that I live at his place.

What else do I need? Should I send these documents right away or should I wait a month or two for them to be more credible. Also I don't have any income since I am on student loans, but I do have a very credible Joint Sponsor ($110K+ per year). Is this also going to be a problem when my wife goes back for another interview.
They stopped the interview half-way as soon as they heard that I've been out of the States for that long, even though I have a permanent mailing address in the US. We are really disappointed and confused. Please help.
