My fiance recieved his K1 visa packet and the letter says:
Now the letter says to just fill out the forms and form DS156K says the following documents must be attached in order to apply for a fiance nonimmigrant visa... those are the documents that the letter says to do second. So should he send the documents along with the forms or just send the forms? Also, why do they want another G-325 A form filled out?
FIRST: Fill our, in duplicate, enclosed forms DS-156 and DS-157, but please do not sign Optional form 156K. All questions on the supplemental form must be answered.
Please return these forms to this office as quickly as possible. Then proceed to collect the following items.
SECOND: Take the actions indicated in each paragraph, which is checked below. Disregard any unchecked paragraphs.
1. Passport; 2. Photos; 3. Medical Exam; 4. Birth Cert; 5. Marriage Cert; 6. Police Cert; 7. Court Records; 8. Evidence of Support
Enclosures: OF-156K; DS-156; DS-157; G-325A (one for American Cit and one for the non U.S. Citizen); Medical forms.
