Gudience on filling out correct forum

Hello,

I am an U.S. Citizen who just got married with my wife couple of days back in the U.S who is Indian Citizen which has a U.S. Visitor Visa so she came down and we got married. Now the situation is she lives in Canada and works there on work permit in Canada and also has U.S. Visitor visa. She is a citizen of India and holds indian passport. Can someone tell me which form i should fill out so that she can move from canda to usa. I am planning on moving her.

You must submit form I-130 with supporting documents and $420 fee to USCIS. Go to: http://www.uscis.gov/i-130 for more specific instructions, form and submittal address.
