I filed an i 130 back in march 2014. I was told that it should be processed in 5 months or less. Now it is August and it still has not been processed. I sent in everything needed plus proof with documentation with the original application. In these 5 months they have not sent me anything stating that I needed to send them any information at all and my husband has not received a letter for his interview yet. What should I do at this point.
