No NVC emails or mails but READY on status check for K-1 visa

Hello,

We haven't received any emails or mails from NVC but when we checked the status online, it mentioned that our case is ready for the interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. But, when I tried to call my embassy to schedule an interview or just to check when will my interview be, they said that they haven't received any approved petition on my behalf. I'm so confused this time. I have filed DS160, paid the $240 application fee, had my medical exam and got the affidavit of support document. I don't know what to do next. Can someone help me?

For a K1 (fiancee) visas, the sponsorship documents (I-134) must have an original (not copied) signature, and should be sent to the visa applicant to take in person the interview. Courier service (FedEx, DHL, etc.) is recommended for something as important as these documents.

am k3 visa i send all documents by mail and i've been waiting two months i called them 2 days ago to know what happen they said i have to scanner all documents by email and they gonna return all documents

The immigrant visa process is going though a change, which will require only scanned civil documents to be submitted to the National Visa Center. These will not be returned, but the original, certified versions will have to be produced at the Consulate interview.

This change in immmigrant visa processing has been in a transition mode with some countries' U.S. consulates for over a year, and is supposed to be extended to all U.S. consulates as of last month.

This does not apply to K3 visa processing, which I doubt you will be able to complete because USCIS has not been actively processing K3 visas for a few years now, but gives priority to CR-1 and IR-1 over K3 visas.
