You're not applying for a K3 visa. If your I-130 paperwork has reached the NVC, you are applying for a CR-1 or IR-1 (spouse).

You have to submit the I-864 with supporting docs with the AOS cover page.

What do you mean by "felt?" If you submitted the DS-261, then you should receive the $325 visa bill a few weeks afterwards.

yes today i receive the bill 325$ i will pay it tomorrow and i have to submitted the Ds 260 and do u know what after

Normally the DS-260 (IV Application) cannot be filled out until the $325 fee is received by the NVC. Is it possible that you mean you submitted the DS-261?

But after you pay the $325 visa bill, you can submit the civil documents to the NVC.

Your visa applicant will need birth, marriage, divorce, police clearance, copy of passport ID page, two passport-style photos.

If you are the petitioner in the U.S., the visa applicant will have to send you these documents to submit to the NVC after you pay the immigrant visa fee to the NVC.
