I've just signed up to this website which I've found to be of great help over the past months, so firstly thank you.
I had my K-1 visa interview one week ago on September 30th in London. I was told that my visa was approved after a brief interview, had my original documents (apart from my passport of course) returned and was told to expect my passport within ten days.
I noticed that when I signed up to the courier service, it said that I would be sent tracking information on my mobile phone. It has been seven days since, with no tracking information. I thought I'd go to the Department of State website to see if I could track my visa/passport that way. I did, and a note came up saying that my visa is undergoing 'administrative processing', and that this can take several weeks.
My wedding in the US is scheduled for October 25th. I was told at the visa interview that my visa had been approved and there was no further communication outside of that. Should I have cause for concern?
