I-129f starting out

I am getting together the requires items for I-129f. I was a bit unsure what exactly I submit. I saw there are passport style photos and proof of meeting etc. I thought it was more of a two step process where I submit the petition I-129f and then the k1 portion with all the additional documents were required once that was accepted. I saw on this site and visa journey the large list of required documents that I bought were required later. I was also unsure if I could an international money order as I'm not living in the us at the moment.

You will need to submit
1-I129F
2-G325a for both
3- Document explaining how how you met
4- Proof that you are a US citizen
5- Letter of intent from both to get married
6- Proof that you can get married if previously married
7- Passport size pics
8- Proof of relationship

Not sure about the payment part- Try to get a friend or a family member to mail a check

Itinerary and boarding pass stubs for proof of meeting, photos of the both of you together, your passport copy with visa and entry and exit stamp as further proof of visit, if you are divorced provide copy of divorce decree, letter of intent to marry from the both of you, biographical data. And label the back of photos with names, dates, and place.
