I do not make enough money, so I am having my parents co-sponsor by filling out the Affidavit of Support - Form I 864 also.
My question is, is it ok to just have one parent as the sponsor (they make the same income, because they own a small business together), or can just my dad be the co-sponsor? Or would it be better to have them both fill out forms, even though the information would be identical? Thanks!
