How to pay the I 130 Form Fee Out of the country?

How can I pay the I-130 form fee if I live in Colombia? Does the fee have to be sent physically? Does it have to be sent along with the 1-130 form? I do not have checks from my US bank account, I used to do all online banking, so not sure what to do. Thanks in advance!

The I-130 $420 petition submittal fee must be paid with a check drawn on a U.S. bank. You should make arrangements with someone in the U.S. to whom you can forward your package for submittal to USCIS, stateside, and pay them (Western Union is easiest way, but expensive) to include a check or money order for $420 with your submitted package.
