Hi everybody,
I'm a newbie here on immihelp forum and I'm looking for your help in preparing our documents for K1 visa application.
I'm the foreign fiance (Egyptian) / beneficiary and She has a Life Insurance Policy that's worth A LOT. We have been thinking about putting me as a Trustee with her sister (with some stipulations of course till we get married) so it could be a strong evidence that our relationship is legit. I mean nobody would even think about that if the relationship isn't in a good position.
Also it's pretty known if the relationship is **** the beneficiary pays a lot of money to the petitioner to play that role not vice versa.
But a friend of mine told me they might think about it the opposite way like I'm doing all of that for money?! or that I'm using her to get her money
Now what do you guys think? which way they might think about it ?
