Hi all,
I have a fiance in Pakistan and I am from the U.S.. He had his interview in September and everything seemed fine but the visa officer asked for I-134 and my fiance did not have that. Also, they said that we needed to find a new joint sponsor for I-864. Since my fiance did not have either, they handed him a white sheet with the box checked for 221g stating that he is currently not eligible for a visa. However I submitted all the required docs they asked for I134 and I864 a couple of weeks ago (around oct 8) and the case is getting updated however it still says adminstrative processing. Is that a bad thing?
