I am a bit new here at immihelp. I am really eager to know , if a non us citizen who is legally staying at USA and that person apply for his wife who stay in Bangladesh to come at USA then who long does it take for USCIS to approval the case and NVC to process the case? Or it's the same time during like an us citizen ?
