totally confused help
my fiance lives in lagos nigeria i am in the states we plan to file the k-1 until i seen 2 problems first we are haveing trouble meeting i have 2 young kids so i cant go there and he can't afford to take off work if he is going to come on the k-1 to the states seconed of all the income support thing i live off of disabilliy and chiled support are there any other options to get him to the states he has a cousin in maryland but thats it for family please help could he come over on a visit visa and marry if we think its a forsure thing

If you can't support them yourself, you need to find some other joint sponsor who will support them. If you can't support them any way, you can't sponsor them.Immihelp Support
