My situation is this: I was in USA for 5 years finished my studies and I was working for 1 year with employment authorization. I have a social security number and I had a driver's license which is expired now.
I left from USA in the summer of 2003.
Now, I've met a woman that is a US citizen through an internet dating site. She is Greek-American and we are thinking to get married...
What is the most legal way to start the process?
Is it true that we have to go through a long and complicated process for that matter? Also I've heard that they trying to make things harder so we give up and not go ahead with the process.
