Hi!
Last month, my husband's I-130 petition for me was approved. Weeks later, I completed and submitted the DS-260 form, since it is the only active button (the "Choice of Address & Agent" and the "Fee" were not).
I did notified it already to the embassy, they sent me an e-mail about scheduling the interview appointment but I need the MRV number to get it done, and I don't have it since I didn't pay any visa processing fee yet.
How's that? I'm just confused.
