question 14 on I-129f petition wants details of previous forms.
My american partner was previously married a long time ago in Taiwan and her husband came to the US on a K3 visa with form 1-130. Now the I-129f form wants to know his alien registration number, date of filing and what town it was filed in.
We have all information except DATE OF FILING. It was in 1998 and no record has been kept!
Does anyone know where we could obtain the information, or if we can leave it blank and just put the ex husband's alien registration number?
These forms are so stressful!
