Hi,
I am persuing MBA in Pune, India with a bank loan of 10 lacs through SBI. My fiance is working in California and he wishes to get married after my MBA and wants me to live in california with him after marriage. Can I get USA spouse visa if I still have the loan?? Is there is any provision that i can repay the loan with Job in california.
