Your gal can apply for a fiancee visa after obtaining proof of meeting you in person. Or she can marry you in Egypt, then apply for a spousal visa for you. If she lacks the resources to meet the sponsorship requirements,, she is allowed a co-sponsor for a spousal visa. Fiancee visas are harder for co-sponsors to be accepted.

Are you talking about the affidavit of support? My parents were going to do this because I do not make enough income at the moment because I am in Grad School. Is it difficult for the k1 visa to be accepted if my parents show they will support us?

A co-sponsor Affidavit of Support for a K1 visa is accepted by the Embassy on a discretionary basis, but proof of your being a student will provide a good basis for using a co-sponsor. You must still be a primary sponsor with your Affidavit of Support (I-134), even if minimal income.

But for a spousal visa, while you are still the primary sponsor, using the I-864, a co-sponsor is routinely accepted by the National Visa Center and the Embassy.
