I am a us citizen recently married my girlfriend who is in f1 visa. It's been 2 months we filed for aos. We filed I-485.i-130.i-765. She recently got her I-765 and received her work permit. Out interview date has not been sent yet. Her classes are starting in second week of January. If it doesn't create any problem she would take this semester off. But we do not know till our interview if she needs to maintain her f1 status. Please share your experience .
