Change of status update...

Hi there,

Filled in and sent off these forms back in September 12th and my wife and I were told that latest response would be 8th of December or thereabouts.

It's now January the 6th and am yet to hear anything back, do I need to chase them up?

Is this for Adjustment off Status (I-485) or Removal of Conditions (I-751)?

If you submitted in September, you should have received receipt Notices and Biometrics (if your forms were complete). Did either of those things happen yet?
Was your check cleared?

Change of status update

Hope you had a good Xmas and happy new year!

It is adjustment of status only but have yet to receive anything......

You did not receive a text or email acknowledging receipt by USCIS (if you submitted form G-1145 with your package)?

You did not receive a hardcopy receipt Notice of Action in the mail?

You did not receive a Biometrics appointment in the mail?

Was your check cashed?

If you answer "no" to all questions above, you have a USCIS problem or maybe your address is the problem.

Change of status update

Hi Ray,

Did not fill out G 1145 form and have had no mail notifications as yet.

Fee's were sent by money order and checking this as well as registered post receipt.

Will let you know.
