I married a US citizen two years ago we have a baby here in the US I am trying to apply for a green card so I can work . Does anyone know what I need to do first ? How long will the whole process be ? And how much it will all be

Congrats for your marriage.. You can apply for the green visa after marriage.. processing time is approx. 3 - 4 months... You can apply I-130 and I-145 form .. and the rest information are here with the help of this link.. https://www.immihelp.com/family-base...ons-in-us.html

If you are in the U.S. and haven't started any paperwork, you must file a petition (I-130) and Adjustment application (I-485) and get an immigrant medical exam.

Fees are $420 + $1,070 plus about $300 for the medical exam. Timeframe will be approximately six months from submittal to Adjustment interview.

Your temporary Work Authorization and Advance Parole will show up about halfway through the process.
