Will my fiance need a police certificate? And which ones will she need?
She is now 20. She was a student in Canada when she was 16/17 for one year. She was an F-1 Student in the United States for 2 years. And she is a South Korean citizen. She has been in no trouble. Is a police certificate required from all 3 countries? Neither of us are sure how she would get a police certificate from Canada if so.
