I have a question can a border patrol agent aplay for a fiance visa?

Hi I was just wondering... my fiance is a US border patrol agent and I was wondering if he can aplay for a fiance visa?

Yes, he can.

Many ICE, USCIS, and BP (Border Patrol) staff petition fiancees and spouses.
