During last month I tried to contact NATIONAL VISA SERVICE (NVC) by calling (603)334-0700, but this number is always busy. Can someone tell me another number or email

Actually, the number is not always busy, but unless you call very early, Eastern time, or very late, Eastern time, and use swift redial on your phone, it will seem like the line is always busy.

but don't expect a response in less than two weeks.
