I am a US citizen, and my fiance lives in Egypt. She has a B-1/B-2 5yr Visa that she got before we got engaged. Is it legal for us to marry in Egypt this April, with her entering the US on her B1/B2? Then once she arrives we apply for an I-130? Please help!!! Thank you!!!!
