Hi. My US citizen fiancee is living with me here in the Philippines and he takes care of our baby. He was not able to file his income tax for a year because he was here. He is coming back to US and file a fiancee visa for me and start working again.can they give me a visa? He files taxes yearly when he was in the states. He has previous income tax except he was he stopped working november 2013. He was here nov 2013- dec 2014..
