affidavit of support (pls help)

After paying the $88 for affidavit of support, do i need to mail it or i can send it through email? Pls help me because im leaving on March to go to the Philippines.. thank you

The sponsorship package, of which the I-864, Affidavit of Support is only part, you must mail to the National Visa Center. Scanned and emailed Affidavits would only have "copied" signatures, which are not acceptable. Your $88 fee must have been billed more than a year ago, since $120 is the current NVC fee for the sponsorship processing.
