Hello everyone...
I am from Germany and my fiancé is U.S. Citizen.
K-1 Fiance(E) Visa
Affidavit of Support - Joint Sponsor Question.
Our case isn't approved yet but I want to be prepared.
My fiancé doesn't meet the minimum income so his mom will be my Co-Sponsor.
1.) What form does his mom needs to file?
2.) Would it be an issue that she is already retired?
3.) Does my fiancé still needs to file form I-134 and add all his documents?
